Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of AVI·ICON's property-video services ("Service"). By placing an order you accept them.
2. The Service
AI-assisted property videos in three tiers: Snapshot Basics (video from your photos), Showcase Staging (AI virtual staging + video), and Magic Makeover Moments (animated before/after reveals). Outputs are produced from the photos and details you submit.
3. Your responsibilities
You confirm you own or are licensed to use the photos and details you submit; that you are a CEA-registered salesperson/agency or otherwise authorised; and that you are solely responsible for your listing's compliance, including disclosing virtual staging to buyers. You will not use outputs to misrepresent a property's actual condition, size, or fixtures.
4. AI-generated and virtually staged content
Staged visuals are computer-generated illustrations, not photographs of the property's real condition. We embed a "virtually staged — for illustration only" disclaimer in outputs, but you remain responsible for honest representation. Output quality depends on the quality of photos you supply.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown at checkout; launch rates are time-limited and may change. Payment is taken via Stripe at order time.
6. Refunds
If production fails on our side, your order is automatically refunded in full. We do not refund outputs that are technically delivered but where the supplied photos were unsuitable (e.g. too low quality to stage).
7. Delivery
Typical turnaround is minutes; timing is an estimate, not a guarantee.
8. Intellectual property
You receive a licence to use the delivered output to market the specific listing it was made for. We retain ownership of our templates, software, and process. We may use anonymised samples of outputs to market our own services; tell us if you would prefer we do not.
9. Acceptable use
No unlawful, misleading, or infringing use, and no resale of the Service.
10. Data and privacy
We process your uploads and order data to deliver the Service and retain them for operational reference. See our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
14. Production standards
The final video is produced based solely on the assets, information, and preferences you submit. AVI·ICON is not responsible for video quality limitations arising from insufficient photos, low-resolution images, or incomplete property details. We reserve the right to refuse production if submitted content violates Singapore property advertising regulations or CEA guidelines.
