2. What we collect
Photos and property details you upload; your name, email and phone; payment details (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers); and basic usage/order data.
3. How we use it
To produce and deliver your videos/reveals; to archive your before/after assets for operational reference and support; to communicate about your order; and to improve the Service.
4. Who we share it with
Service providers who help us deliver: Stripe (payments), fal.ai (image/video processing), Creatomate (video rendering), Resend (email), and our cloud host. We do not sell your data.
5. Retention
We retain order data and archived assets for operational reference (e.g. disputes, re-delivery). You may request deletion, subject to legal/record-keeping needs.
6. Your rights
Under Singapore's PDPA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data via enquiry@aviicon.live.
7. Security
We use reputable processors and reasonable safeguards to protect your data.
8. Cookies and analytics
We may use basic analytics to operate and improve the site.
